Senator Chuck Grassley will hold three town meetings in Calhoun, Carroll, and Sac counties on Saturday, July 25, as part of his annual 99-county tour. He has held a meeting in each of Iowa’s 99 counties at least once every year since he was first elected to the U.S. Senate.
“Representative government is a two-way street. I’m one half of the process and the people of Iowa are the other half. You can’t have representative government without dialogue between elected officials and the people we represent,” Grassley said. “I appreciate the opportunity to hold town meetings, answer questions and take comments.”
On July 25, he will be in Rockwell City, Carroll, and Sac City. These town meetings are open to the public. His meeting schedule for Saturday, July 25, is as follows:
