Tuesday afternoon, Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad signed the following three bills into law:
• House File 488: An act to establish the Iowa Reading Corps, to be administered by the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service.
• Senate File 267: An act to establish the confidentiality of communications between peer support group counselors and law enforcement officers.
• Senate File 426: An act to establish the confidentiality of communications between health care providers or health facilities and patients following adverse health care incidents.
