The Hamilton County Republican Party will host its annual spring barbecue beginning at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at The Bridge in Webster City. Keynote speaker will be Republican Party of Iowa chairman Jeff Kaufmann.
Other officeholders have been invited to attend. The menu will include barbecue pork sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw, and homemade pie for dessert. Drinks will be provided, as well. The event is free and open to the public; a free will offering will be taken.
The Hamilton County Republican Party Central Committee meets the second Thursday of each month at the Second Street Emporium in Webster City. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.
