Just within the past half-hour, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced a federal judge has granted an injunction against the U.S. government, prohibiting the execution of any part of the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents, also known as President Obama’s “executive amnesty” directive. The injunction is binding in all 50 states.
